This November, Spring in Motion joins CanaryRun for the third edition of The Blue Challenge, an open-water swimming event connecting Los Cristianos and Palm-Mar in the south of Tenerife. With different distances for swimmers of all levels, the event is a great example of how Spring in Motion brings together sport, wellbeing and the island’s spectacular natural surroundings.
