In June, Anna Marie represented the Spring spirit at the ABTA headquarters, taking part in their inspiring “Customer Excellence Course”. This valuable experience was followed by a series of agency visits in the UK, strengthening relationships and exchanging ideas on how to deliver even greater value to clients.
Her journey then continued north to the breathtaking landscapes of Iceland, where she spent a week reconnecting with longstanding partners and establishing new collaborations.
