We are reaching out to share an exclusive update with you regarding an upcoming, major strategic milestone for Spring Hotels. Driven by our steadfast commitment to excellence, innovation, and the continuous improvement of quality standards, Hotel Cleopatra will undergo a comprehensive renovation project, beginning on April 15, 2027.

This ambitious undertaking will completely transform the property, modernising its facilities and elevating its value proposition. By introducing a cutting-edge, sustainable concept, we will also further solidify the hotel’s status as a premier destination in the south of the island.

To ensure the technical rigor required for a project of this scale is achieved – and to guarantee a smooth transition for our shared clients – our commercial operations for Hotel Cleopatra will be adjusted according to the following schedule:

● Temporary suspension of operations: Effective April 01, 2027.

● Closure of sales and room allotments: Sales for stays beyond this date are now suspended. We will manage any affected bookings in accordance with our established collaboration protocols.

Our commercial team will reach out to you individually in the coming days to review the status of your specific allotments, discuss potential relocation options at other properties within our group, and address any operational questions you may have.
